Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the isle with us.

Katarina Lutz

Maid of Honor

Katarina is Larissa’s sister & Maid of Honor. When Katarina was born, Larissa had a mini-me to do everything with while modeling coordinated, matching outfits. As the Patrick to her Spongebob, there's no one Larissa would rather get manicures with, hike 200 miles with, or have "piggy time" with featuring a box of pizza, bag of chips, and facial masks. Katarina currently lives in Chicago and although she says the Midwest has helped her chill-out, she will be the first to whip out her claws and jump into action if she see's anything getting in the way of wedding activities. She’s a quick thinker, very organized, and will be flaunting dance moves inspired by Tyga on the wedding day- so get ready! Larissa is so excited to have her by her side again and is lucky to have the best MOH & Sister.

Brian Milmore

Best Man

Best Man, best friend, and despite what the groom says....Brian is realistically the best birdwatcher in the Milmore family. Annual trips across the country to chase tiny songbirds are a lifelong tradition that Andrew and Brian have committed to - but truth be told these trips never really depend on the birds to capture the magic of their friendship. When Brian joined the family Andrew was 7 and had no idea what to expect while watching the life of a baby, to a little kid, to young man. From exclusively eating grape tomatoes with grated parmesan, to a talent show performance of "on top of spaghetti all covered in cheese, I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed" while balancing a spoon on his nose, to master bird watcher - the journey of two brothers is just getting started.

Victoria Milmore

Bridesmaid

One of the first things Larissa realized when she met Andrew’s sister Victoria on Easter is that there’s someone else in the world who loves Antipasto as much as she does. She soon came to learn it wasn’t just limited at Italian charcuterie, but included Latin Cuisine which they’ve been enjoying together more recently. Larissa also remembers the first time they went to Cape Cod that like her, Victoria also turns everything she says into a song. When holidays double as musicals, a great opportunity to annoy Andrew together is born. There isn’t a manicure that takes place without it being shared in their group chat with Mandy, and as excited as Andrew is to learn the meaning of the colors “Canyon Coral” and “Twinkle Toes” it doesn’t compare to Larissa’s excitement to be #OneMoreMilmore.

JT Sheehan

Groomsman

The tale of JT and Andrew's friendship is one of their favorite and oft repeate stories of both of their lives. So in that spirit, here we go: Both moved to East Boston in 2014 and they met while doing laundry in their shared building. After finding similarity after similarity, the topic of rugby and football war stories came up. Andrew's rugby career ended at age 15 with a concussion in a high school tournament in New Jersey. JT's worst injury was 30 stitches in his brow...from a rugby tournament...in New Jersey. Running into another Eagles fan in Boston is one thing but finding one that you smashed into 10 years ago is makes for a much stronger friendship. They have been riding that juju through thick and thin, one Eagles Super Bowl but mostly heartbreak, but haven't looked back since.

Andra Searles

Bridesmaid

Andra has been Larissa’s best friend & Sorrella Italiana since they were 10-years old. They spent the first half of their lives causing mischief between Arlington and Lexington, and the second half traveling Europe and visiting each other in Boston and D.C. where Andra lives. Andra has been like a big sister to Larissa and has a magical way of turning any situation into something positive. She always makes Larissa laugh with one of her sensational jellyfish expressions, and her ability to curate the perfect playlist while also supplying the best lip gloss is remarkable. Andra has been there for the most important times in Larissa’s life, including hers and Andrew’s first dance floor debut at Scholars Bar, and she's so excited Andra will be by her on the most important day of them all!

Spencer Linder

Groomsman

Spencer was his middle name at birth, but that explanation is far too straightforward for Andrew’s oldest friend. High School football made it easy: Milmore and Linder. Mandy has been calling Spencer “floppy socks” since karate at age 5. Victoria calls him “Spencey”. Andrew’s grandmother Anita used to call him “that handsome friend of yours”. When they worked together at Netsuite, Spencers peers called him “the voice” because he shared an octave with James Earl Jones during conference calls. On paper and in the eyes of the law his first name is simply “M” but Zola’s character limit for these bios maxes out before that one can be fully explained. 25 years later Andrew can finally call Spencer a groomsmen (even if the entire bridal party is likely calling him what Anita does).

Kate Szostkowski

Bridesmaid

Larissa met her best friend Kate in the 2nd grade and since then, Kate has always looked out for her and has been an important part of any Lutz family event. Growing-up they worked together as baristas, camp counselors, and babysitters and found a way to make any activity fun. Some of Larissa’s favorite memories are living together in the West End & exploring the city's best cafés, sushi restaurants, and dance spots (Society on High!). When roomies, Kate convinced Larissa through her cooking that veggies can be delicious, although nothing compares to their amazing meals in Firenze! This talented Nurse also doubles as THE Dancing Queen and there’s no one that can get the crowd going like Kate can. Larissa is so thankful for her friendship and couldn't imagine her wedding day without her.

Mariel Seidman-Gati

Bridesmaid

From the moment Larissa sat next to Mariel on the bus after a 4th grade school retreat, she knew they would be Best Friends forever and would someday have matching BFF necklaces. Mariel has always made sure to include Larissa in her life- whether it was ballet, singing, or theatre performance. Today, Mariel is a Rockstar in Public Relations and whenever Larissa needs personal or professional help, Mariel is the first to provide a listening ear & share thoughtful advice. Although Mariel has lived in New York for almost 10-years, they’ve always made time to visit each other's cities. When they’re together there's non-stop laughing, smiling, and handholding (ILU Bella!). Larissa is so excited that Mariel is a part of these next steps in her life and is so thankful for her love and support!

Anna Slane

Bridesmaid

Anna has been Larissa’s best friend since high school but was also thought to be Larissa’s college roomie since they were always together at Club Skellig and Bentley campus. Anna’s the type of friend that if you have an emergency, she’ll be the first to drop everything and (literally) come to the rescue. She’s always there for Larissa and their friends and makes every situation better. Larissa and Anna have had countless fun times together travelling, going to concerts, hiking, and being Bird Nerds. This dynamic duo also shares an affinity for Jameson Whiskey and Latin Music, and when you bring these all together it's quite frankly excellent. Larissa is so thankful for Anna’s friendship and for always being there for her and Andrew. Without Anna, they wouldn’t be where they are today!

Alejandra Bethermyt

Bridesmaid

Larissa met Alejandra at her gym in Boston 5-years ago and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Although they seemed different at first (Alejandra an MMA fighter/fitness professional and Larissa a retired Karate enthusiast) these Libras realized they were destined to be best friends and both have the curliest hair in all of Boston. Whether it’s walking around their North End neighborhood, loving life at La Fabrica, or making and eating as many Arepas as physically possible, Larissa & Alejandra have the best times together. Because of Alejandra, Larissa is also a very proud auntie to Mambo (pictured above). Alejandra has already been practicing her dance moves and glamour shots in her bridesmaid dress, and Larissa and Andrew couldn't tie the knot without Alejandra by their side <3

Nick Lyons

Groomsman

Really more of a brother than a cousin, Nick is the most tenured of the groomsmen. Between family Christmases and Easters Saturdays - the foundation of family juju has been there for decades. Nick and Andrew live seasonally. Winter is for redpolls and pine siskins, spring mornings are for the the warblers at Mount Auburn, summer nights are for surfcasting at Yirrell beach, fall is obviously the fall run, and then we reconvene at family Christmas to confirm that the next year is going to follow the same exact script. Mandy and Kevin are Andrew's parents and Nick's Godparents. Nancy and Tim are Nick's parents and Andrews Godparents. The seasons change, birds and striped bass come and go, but when all is said and done Nick and Andrew will be best friends for life.

Matt Sconiers

Groomsman

Green bean casserole is a weird dish. But after a few Thanksgivings with Matt, it has become be a Milmore staple. Andrew didn’t even fully understand what it was when Matt introduced it to him - but it will always hold a special place in his heart. While Mandy may occasionally add pancetta, and while one could hypothetically substitute shallots for those fried onion things, the dish is always a reminder of those amazing holidays spent together as a family. Matt instantly clicked with the Milmore family and all of the memories of their time bonding in the living room or at the dining room table just chatting and hanging out are some of the best times. Lots of wedding have flip flops for the bridesmaids to dance in but don’t be surprised if you see Matt sporting Tevas out there.

John Hohlt

Groomsman

Good Morning Fordham! Schlep across campus. Aright guys line it up! Jump into drills or workouts. Milmore stop puking and joking around with Hohlt! Vomit and continue to comedy sketch with Hohlt. Chu want it cut? Lettuce and Tomato? Eat 8000 calories and swap the NYTimes and WSJ. Rinse repeat for four years, blink, and go to each other’s weddings. Finding true friends might seem lucky, others might call Andrew and John blessed. These two probably fall somewhere in between. John and Andrew marched through hundreds of walks to Fordham practice facilities, the weight room, film, class, and the cafeteria to perform their best comedy duets. With one came the other for 4 years of jokes, football memories, and friendship - but that bond will last for the rest of time.

Andrey Dementyev

Groomsman

One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Andrew met Andrey in high school history class while studying the 8th Amendment and cruel and unusual punishment. Andrey shared his weekly current event: a macabre and insane story about a Russian man who lost his legs after being beaten by police. This soldier ended up stuck at home, bedridden, living with his step mother …. “who had to take care of her half son”. Andrey was still figuring out how to speak English but he hit that one out of the park. Everyone really should find a best friend who invites you to Russian saunas, smacks you with birch branches, shoots horseradish vodka with you, and is perpetually there at your side no matter what. Too bad there is only one Andrey.
