Larry and I were both in two different parts of our lives when we first meet, but we still know about each other from our really good friends. When we finally exchanged numbers we were talking on a daily bases and started hanging out more and more. Our first dinner night consisted of Taco Bell dinner and the movie Wonder Woman, from that point Larry knew I was a keeper because dinner was cheap and the movie was a DC movie.

On Sunday July 7th, after a weekend of work for me and an amazing family reunion for Larry, we were finally able to enjoy the family reunion together during the Sunday brunch. My Dad, Tim, and I already had plans to go shopping in Ken-wood for business dresses or just anything that I wanted or needed; shopping wasn't uncommon for my dad and I to do so I didn't think anything of it. Turns out Larry called my dad to "get her away" so that he could prepare everything. During this time Larry picked up family members, got a total of 2 dozen roses (red, pink and white) and set everyone in place and told them what to do and say. As dad and I finish we started to drive to the park where everyone was set up. As we pulled into the parking lot and starting walking, dad pushed me so that I couldn't see anything or anyone before I closed me eyes. We walked for a bit. All of a sudden I heard the song that Larry always plays for me, I started to get nervous and held my dad tighter. I hear voices saying "This is for Love" "This is for Passion" "This is for Honesty" "This is for Loyalty" and so much more; being handed a rose at each one. Dad walked me across a bridge and told me to turn around and open my eyes; facing all the family and friends that were able to came out. I turned back around and saw Larry on his knee, I started to cry right away. I wanted to say YES but knowing him he had a speech. I almost interrupted him twice during the speech to say YES but I didn't; that was hard. But when I heard the words, "Daria will you" ... YES!!! I didn't let him finish.
