What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated by 4:30 pm so we can begin the ceremony on time!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love for you to have a kid-free night, but please let us know if you are unable to find childcare and need to bring your kiddos!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be limited shuttle transportation to the wedding venue for guests from the Clarion Inn. Shuttle will depart at 3:45 PM for the venue (Stoneleigh Golf & Country Club, 35271 Prestwick Court, Round Hill, VA 20141) Shuttle will depart the wedding venue ~10:45 PM to return to the Clarion Inn (4328 William L Wilson Freeway, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425) Please indicate on your RSVP if you will need a seat on the shuttle, since there is limited availability.
