When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate for you to kindly RSVP no later than October 15th 2025, so that we can plan the ceremony and reception spaces accordingly.

Are you registered? Where?

Jorge and I are grateful to have everything we need in our home, but would love for you to help us with our winter honeymoon in the snowy mountains of Oregon! Monetary gifts can be brought to our wedding or you can use the following Zelle phone number: 407-401-6747.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm on the sandy shores of Clearwater Beach at Idlewild Street, off of Mandalay Avenue. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure ample time for parking and finding your preferred seat.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place outdoors. We are hoping for a cool & clear December evening!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is beach formal, and shoes are optional!

We kindly ask that you RSVP with your +1 by the recommended date of October 15th 2025, so that we can plan the ceremony and reception accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our favorite hotel is Hilton Clearwater Beach but there are many others, including a range of Airbnb's in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know at the time of arrival to the reception of any food allergies that you or anyone in your party may have.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, parking is on a "first come, first serve" basis on Idlewild Street and Mandalay Avenue. For the reception at Island Way Grill, you are welcome to use their valet parking or self-park.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any transportation from any of the hotels to the ceremony, or from the ceremony to the reception.
