What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal, black-tie optional. Floor-length dresses, tea-length dresses, midi dresses, suits or tuxedos are perfect! Please no jeans or other casual attire, and keep in mind that temperature will drop during the evening so be sure to bring a jacket if you get easily cold.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Your wedding invitation will specify all guest names, and all invited guests will appear under your name when you RSVP. Our wedding will be intimate, thank you for understanding our limitations on guest count!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the Camelback Villa lawn against the beautiful backdrop of Camelback Mountain. There will be directions to the ceremony upon your arrival to The Omni Montelucia. After the ceremony we ask that you join us for a cocktail hour in the Cortijo Plaza, which is a short walk from our ceremony space. Cortijo Plaza is located in front of the Castillo Lucerna Ballroom where our wedding reception will be held indoors.

Will there be a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! While we recommend staying onsite at the Omni, we have secured multiple room blocks to provide guests with a variety of brands and price points. Please check the "Travel" tab for details and booking links, and let us know if there are "No Rooms Available" so that we can add rooms as needed to our existing blocks.

Should I get a rental car?

Answer

While Scottsdale is easily accessible via RideShare Apps such as Uber or Lyft, if you would like to travel around the area to explore we would recommend a rental car.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, anyone with a rental car will be able to utilize self or valet parking onsite at the Omni.

Should I bring shoes for dancing?

Answer

Yes, please bring a change of shoes if you don't want to be in heels all night.

Will there be meal options and accomodations for allergies and/or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, you will be prompted to select your meal options when you RSVP. There will also be a section to denote any specific dietary restrictions.
