What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive no later than 4pm to allow time to be seated for the ceremony.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Fox Run. The ceremony will take place in the pavillion to the right of the parking area. The reception will take place in the A-Frame reception hall located nearby on the property.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to the nature of the venue and to allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Please refer to the RSVP section of the website for older children who may be included on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear formal attire. Suggestions include: suit jackets, blazers, dress shirts, polos, dress slacks, cocktail dresses, midi or floor length dresses, dress shoes, heels. The venue requests that guests do not wear jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, ball caps, or other casual wear.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and the reception where there will be an open bar that lasts throughout the night.

Will there be a card box or gift table?

Answer

There will be a gift table at the reception if guests wish to bring a gift or card.

Question

Can guests go in the clubhouse or golf course?

Answer

Guests are not permitted on the golf course or inside the clubhouse. The venue is part of a private country club and requests that guests do not interfere with the club's operations. Any guest who violates these rules is subject to a $1,000 fine.
