Hotels

Most of our guests who don't live in Trout Lake will be coming from the Portland area for a one day trip. However, if you are coming from further away, you might considering staying at the Trout Lake Inn or the Cozy Cabins. Alternatively, you might consider a hotel stay in Hood River (30 minute drive), White Salmon (30 minute drive), Stevenson or Cascade Locks (1 hr. drive), The Dalles (1 hr. drive), Troutdale or Gresham (1 hr 30 min).

Camping

If your looking for cheaper options, there are several camping options near Trout Lake. You might consider making a weekend of it and camp out either in a local campground or Sno-Park. Guler County Park, Elk Meadows, and Trout Creek Campground just to name a few.
