Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please be seated by 3:50 PM to ensure a smooth start. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM.
Our dress code is Cocktail Attire. Our ceremony and reception will take place at The Meekermark, a unique venue featuring a beautiful blend of modern architecture and rustic charm, with open-air spaces and scenic outdoor surroundings. We recommend keeping a few things in mind when choosing your outfit: Footwear: The ceremony will be held on grass, so we suggest avoiding stilettos and opting for block heels, wedges, or flats. Weather: The event will be partially outdoors, so please check the forecast and consider bringing a light jacket or wrap in case it gets chilly in the evening. Comfort: We’ll be celebrating with dinner and dancing, so wear something you feel great moving in! We want everyone to feel fabulous and comfortable — so dress up, enjoy yourself, and don’t stress!
We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families.
We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony, but don't worry about missing special moments, our photographer is very experienced and the couple will make sure you are able to access photos from the day. Phones are acceptable during the reception but please be mindful of the photographer.
While our RSVP cards didn’t mention it specifically, we’d love for you to bring a guest if you’d like! If you're planning to attend with someone, please include their full name when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Dear Friends and Family, As we prepare to begin this exciting new chapter together, we want you to know that your love and support mean the world to us. Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you feel inclined to contribute further, we have set up a honeymoon fund in place of a traditional gift registry. We’re pleased to offer complimentary on-site parking at The Meekermark for up to 125 vehicles. The lot is gravel/grass—feel free to park wherever suits you best. We’ll also have a venue attendant to help direct traffic. For added convenience, a circle driveway at the entrance allows for easy drop-off and pick-up. Safe travels—and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
