Arrival
4:15 pm
The ceremony will take place in the grass, so please be mindful of your shoe choice!
Please plan to arrive between 4:15 & 4:30 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.
Unplugged Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:15 pm
We kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras and be fully present with us. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture everything, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment. Thank you!
Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
Please enjoy drinks and snacks while the bride and groom sign their marriage license and take photos. We’ll rejoin you shortly to continue the celebration!
Reception
6:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Our reception will begin with the grand entrance, leading straight into the first dance. Afterward, everyone will be seated for a toast from the parents. Dinner will follow, and as guests enjoy their meal, the bridal party will share their speeches! Dancing, dessert, and celebration to follow!
Bridal Party Pool Jump!
10:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Between 10:30 & 10:45 PM, the bride, groom, and bridal party will cap off the night with a celebratory pool jump! The photographer will coordinate placement to capture the perfect shot. Guests are welcome to watch the fun from behind the fence.
