Are Children Invited?
Answer
We adore your kids, but we’re excited to celebrate with you on a kid-free night! Your children are wonderful; we just want you to have a night off to enjoy yourselves. While the wedding will be adults only, children in the wedding party are the happy exception.

Is there a Dress Code?
Answer
The dress code for wedding will be formal. Some examples include a suit or tuxedo for men and gowns, a cocktail dress, or a jumpsuit for women

Do you have a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! Our room block is set up with the Radisson hotel in Freehold. Rooms are booked on a first come first serve basis at a reduced rate for the Saturday before the wedding and Sunday the day of the wedding. If you plan on booking a room please secure your reservation by 9.25.2026. After this date all unbooked rooms in the scheduled block are released back to the public for booking. Reservations can be made online or over the phone: To make reservations over the phone you can call the hotel directly at (732) 780 - 3400 and identify you are booking for the Lappin - Aponte Wedding. To make reservations online please use the link http://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/ZK74Q8 and follow the prompts to confirm your booking. We do not have any additional hotel blocks set up with other hotels but if you are interested staying at a different location please feel free to stay at one of the local hotels listed below: The American Hotel (732) 431 3220 The Red Roof Inn (732) 462 3450 Direction cards to the Radisson Hotel will be included the wedding invite suites

Are the Ceremony and Reception being held at the same place?
Answer
Yes, all wedding day festivities will be held on site at South Gate Manor

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at South Gate Manor if you decide to drive the venue. However, guests are encouraged to use driving services such as Uber and Lyft if they are staying at the hotel so our guest can have fun and be safe at the same time.

Is this an Indoor or Outdoor Event
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors following the conclusion of the ceremony.

Do I get a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited event space our wedding in an invite only event. We will only be able to accommodate placement for those specifically listed on your invitation.

Will there be speciality dietary accommodations?
Answer
Yes, we will have different gluten free and vegetarian options made available. If you require additional dietary accommodations please specify this in your RSVP and we will work with the venue to do our best to accommodate your request.

When Should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 4,2026 to ensure you are included in our final guest count. If you are unable to attend you will be missed but please RSVP no by the above listed date to ensure we have an accurate account to provide to our venue. RSVPs can be made through our wedding website or by mail. If you are choosing to mail your RSVP please mail it to 451 North Lake Shore Drive, Brick, New Jersey, 08723.
