Is There A Dress Code?
Answer
The dress code is black tie optional. Ladies feel free to wear any color, but please refrain from wearing white and dusty blue. Take note that it is a summer wedding and it can get quite warm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 5:15pm so that you are able to find your seats and our ceremony can start as scheduled at 5:30pm. Doors will be open to you at 5pm and the open bar will be already accessible to you.

Can I Bring A Plus One?
Answer
If you do not have a plus one option listed on your invitation, please refrain from bringing one. Due to venue capacity, we want to ensure all invited guests and included plus ones are able to attend.

Are Children Invited?
Answer
We love our little ones! However, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. With the exception of those in the wedding. We encourage everyone to use this evening as a date night!

Will The Wedding Take Place Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be taking place entirely outdoors at Swan Lake caterers. However, if inclement weather happens cocktails hour will be taking place inside and rain siding will be placed around the tent for the outdoors to be enjoyed.

Will There Be An Open Bar?
Answer
Yes! Drinks are on us! Premium top shelf liquor, beers on draft, and non alcoholic options will be provided! Please party accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes of course! At the time of ordering your food please specify to your waitress what you are allergic to and they will be happy to accommodate you!

Will There Be Hotel Accommodations?
Answer
Yes! A block of hotel rooms at the Hilton in Riverhead will be accessible for our guests to book for the night or weekend if preferred. A shuttle bus will be available to take our guests at a designated time to and from the venue.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
YES! The party doesn’t stop once the reception ends. Our guests will be escorted inside where the after party will be held. There is an outdoor area connected to the bar with table top fire pits and lounging area. Finger food and drinks will be provided. Along with a surprise exit station!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! Our shuttle will be arriving to the hotel at 430pm. There will be one shuttle going there so please be prompt ! We will have transportation for after the reception at 1130 to the hotel and at 1230 if you’d like to stay for our after party !
