Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

Our wedding venue is the Hacienda del Cardenal hotel in Toledo, Spain. This is where we will be staying all week, and we encourage our guests to reserve a room there as well. Come join us!

How do I book my hotel room?

Answer

Email hotel@haciendadelcardenal.com to reserve your room. Mention "Julia y Charlie Boda Septiembre 2026" (or in English) to reserve the proper room and receive 15% off. Space is limited, so please book early and plan to share a hotel room with friends if traveling to the wedding alone. Please note that the hotel will ask you to email your payment information to them if booking via email. You may also call the hotel to book your room: +34 925 22 49 00.

Will we need a rental car?

Answer

No! Toledo is very walkable, and parking is limited. The hotel / venue is located just inside of the ancient city walls, meaning all of Toledo will be at your doorstep.

Should we bring physical gifts?

Answer

Thank you, but no. We won't be able to travel back to the States with all that loot! Please consider contributing to our newlywed fund instead - see our registry page for more info.

Can we come to Toledo early or stay later?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be in Toledo the entire week of the wedding, and would love to spend time catching up, eating, and exploring with our guests. We also recommend exploring other parts of Spain if time permits you - feel free reach out to Julia or Charlie for travel recommendations.
