Yes.... yes we do! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qr_5QXXwzfJ3usUnyADJmHoCxZMwED5aK3uaL9aZRGE/edit?usp=sharing
FORMALITY: Formal THEME: Dreamy Vineyard Wedding Gentlemen, it’s time to suit up but feel free to get creative! Play with colors in your suit pants or chinos and jackets, and don’t be afraid to mix and match. Just be sure to run your final look by your partner, wife, or significant other to make sure you’re looking sharp (not foolish). Floral ties and bow ties are highly encouraged. Ladies, think flowy, colorful, and effortlessly elegant dresses. July in SA brings cooler winter temperatures, especially in the mornings and evenings. While days can be mild, it can get quite chilly - particularly for an outdoor ceremony - so we recommend bringing a warm coat or jacket to layer and stay comfortable.
We have done our best to include invited guests on the personalised invite that you received. If you feel we missed your partner, please reach out to us asap. We unfortunately will not be having children who are not on the invite attending the wedding ceremony or reception. You are welcome to bring children to the Friday "Welcome Event" and Sundays "Recovery Sesh".
The ceremony will commence at 4pm. Please arrive 15 mins early. The cocktail hour and reception will take place on the same property immediately following the ceremony. Limited parking is available at the venue.
The partay concludes at 11pm... You don't have to go home, but ya can't.... stay... here (unless in fact, you are staying there). If you are organzing ride share/taxi, please book it in advance to minimize delayed exits. We can kick on at the recovery sesh the next day!
Sharon, put your bloody ipad down!! We are lucky enough to have an amazing photgrapher (Karina) and videographer (Brad) who will be snapping and filming away all ceremony. Please do not be the one person with their phone up in the photo. We promise you, you will get some happy snaps sent to you after the event, plus a communal photo album to dump candid photos in throughout the night.

Yes... please endeavor to complete the online RSVP - if you cannot, please contact Lauren or Jordan directly and we will assist you.
Please RSVP either YES OR NO by May 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP, we will assume that you are regretfully not attending.
Jordan's family are organizing a grazing table of assorted foods and we are hiring a BBQ catering company, complete with skewered meats, sides and salads. The catering company will be supplying chicken, beef, vegetarian and pescatarian options. If you have any severe allergies that will require amendments, please leave a comment on your RSVP.
The Wine Tour: You can pay for tastings at each location or buy a bottle/glass of wine to enjoy at each venue. The Wedding: Assorted Australian beer, wine, cider, soft drink/soda and water provided - no cash/tipping required at the wedding. Welcome party/Recover drinks: Cash/Card for any and all drinks and food.
Season: July is winter in Australia. Expect cool, crisp days and chilly evenings. Daytime: 50–65°F (10–18°C) Nighttime: 40–50°F (4–10°C) Additional Clothing: Warm layers for casual outings, comfortable shoes for walking and rain gear as Winter is the rainy season.
Currency: Australian Dollar (AUD) - check the exchange rate (USD does very well in Australia) Payments: Credit cards widely accepted; notify your bank. Cash: Useful for markets/remote areas. Tipping: Not required; the price you see includes taxes.
Wedding day/night: Minimal parking on site, please use ride share (uber/taxi) and pre book for a ride back. Hotels listed are close to the venue. Wine tour: Details/price to be announced but we will announce where the bus will depart from and finish for uber/parking etc and coordinate with all that RSVP with updated details. Driving: Left-hand side; be prepared for roundabouts (yield to ongoing traffic) and signal when entering/exiting. Rideshares: Uber/Lyft must be scheduled in advance in McLaren Vale due to limited availability. Rental Cars: Highly recommended for flexibility in rural areas. US drivers license, passport and credit card are required to rent a car from the airport. Public transportation: Within Adelaide, train, tram and bus services are available for single trip, daily or weekly passes and are easy to coordinate through google maps and the Adelaide Metro website/app.
Please see the Travel tab for updated specifics. Airbnb: Many options in McLaren Vale (or Seaford is 8 mins away and on the beach). Cabin Park: 1-3 bedroom cabins 1-2km (1mi) from the venue. Other Options: Homestays, Vineyard lodges, Boutique hotels, or VRBO properties near the wedding venue are also available regularly. Glenelg: Coastal city in Adelaide with tram access to the city, 40 mins from the venue. Bridal Party Housing: Maid of Honor, Bridesmaids (and significant others), Mother of the Bride, and immediate family have homestead access from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning free of charge (all persons included will know about this prior to the wedding).
Coffee: An Americano is called a Long Black - learn the lingo. A bakery is more than just sweet baked goods, they also serve sausage rolls & meat pies, which if you leave Australia without trying one of these, what did you even do here? Adelaide Tap Water: Tap water in Adelaide has a different taste than here in the US. This is because of how far it travels through the piping across the country. It is purified and completely safe to drink but some may prefer to get an additional filtration system to remove this taste or purchase bottled water instead. Tipping: Not obligatory. Electricity: 230V, outlet type I – bring converters if needed. If you have many US cords to plug in, consider bringing a US to Aus adapter and a multi socket US powerstrip. Driving: In Australia, driving is on the left-hand side of the road. Be alert for wildlife, prepare for roundabouts, and always use your turn signal. The legal Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) limit for fully licensed drivers is 0.05% (compared to 0.08% in the U.S.). Driving laws are strictly enforced—especially regarding alcohol and mobile phone use. If you need navigation, your phone must be secured in a hands-free mount, as cameras at intersections will record usage, even when stopped. Speed limits are also heavily monitored and enforced; as is coming to a full stop at a stop sign. Speed is also in km/hr not freedom units. Bars/Restaurants: Most “hotels” are actually pubs/restaurants/beer gardens. If you are looking for a good “Australian meal”... drop into any pub/hotel and ask for a Chicken Parmy (no, it's not pasta). Cell phones: Get an international plan, buy a local SIM card or eSIM for ease of phone use in Australia. If you plan on leaving the city, then Telstra is the go to phone network (think Verizon, more expensive but better coverage). Wi-Fi: Most accommodations and restaurants have coverage; rural areas may be limited.
