They met through mutuals in high school, which wasn't very hard to do seeing as though there were no more than 200 kids in the entire school. Alex was a grade above Savannah so they shared some classes throughout the four years. Alex's senior year he took biology ll, and coincidentally Savannah took that class her junior year. They shared the same lunch table but were strictly just friends. It wasn't until after they had both graduated that they reconnected. One night Savannah had gone out to dinner with one of her friends when they discovered they'd gotten a flat tire, and unfortunately neither one of them knew how to fill up the flat to the right pressure at the time. Savannah knew Alex didn't live far and she was willing to bet that he'd come help them with their problem. All it took was one call and Alex was on the way and ready to help. After that the rest is pretty much history! Late-night talks turned into weekend dates, and what started as a friendship blossomed into a relationship, proving that sometimes the right person can be right in front of you and just needs a little extra time to find you.
