We have set up a trolley to transport guest from the Desmond Hotel & Embassy Suites to Terrain Gardens for cocktail hour and the reception. The trolley will also transport guest back to the Desmond Hotel & Embassy Suites when the reception ends. The after party at Chickie's & Pete's is across the street from the Desmond Hotel. Unfortunately, if you are staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites, we will not be providing transportation to/from the hotel. We have secured a room block at this hotel as back up. We are hoping all of our guest who will be staying the night are able to book a room at the Desmond Hotel or Embassy Suites.

4:10 PM - FIRST PICK UP FROM THE DESMOND HOTEL. HEAD TO EMBASSY SUITES. 4:25PM - PICK UP FROM EMBASSY SUITES. ETA TO TERRAIN (4:35PM). 5:10PM - LAST PICK UP FROM THE DESMOND HOTEL. ETA TO TERRAIN (5:30PM). DROP OFFS WILL BEGIN AT 10PM FROM THE VENUE There will be drinks in the cooler on board. Please help yourself :)
