WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Cocktail attire is dressy, polished, and celebratory — think elevated but not black-tie formal. For women, this might include a knee-length or midi dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or chic separates; for men, a suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and optional tie or blazer works perfectly.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Answer

We will be hosting a shuttle service for our guests to and from the wedding who will be lodging at Craguns, AmericInn, Holiday Inn and Country Inn & Suites. Transportation will be provided by Ole’s Shuttle Service. Guests staying at Cragun’s: shuttle pick-up is at 3:30 PM Guests staying at AmericInn, Country Inn & Suites, or Holiday Inn: shuttle pick-up is at 3:45 PM Return shuttles to all hotel and lodging locations will be at 10:30 PM and 12:00 AM.

IS THERE ANY CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA?

Answer

Yes, we would like to make you aware of any construction as you make your way north for our wedding. We recommend allowing extra time for your journey to ensure a timely and stress-free arrival! Highway 169 - Zimmerman A stretch of Highway 169 near Zimmerman is reduced to one lane which may impact travel times. Highway 210 - Brainerd Lakes Area As you plan your visit to the Northern Pacific Center, please note that seasonal construction on Highway 210 may impact travel in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Detours are marked, with Highway 371 to 210 as a recommended route from Baxter or Gull Lake.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

There is free onsite parking for the event at the venue! You are able to leave your car overnight if needed.

WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Answer

Please view available lodging found under the Accommodations tab - we added a lot of options for you to chose from! We have a room block for our guests at Craguns. There are a limited number of rooms under our block so recommend booking soon!

HOW SOON SHOULD WE BOOK OUR HOTEL?

Answer

Northern Minnesota is a popular vacation destination in the Summer. Because of that, we recommend booking your stay sooner rather than later.
