It all started when we met in a coffee shop and bonded over ministry and deep conversations. Many years later, nothing has changed! I can confidently say that this dear friend is a major reason for my deep-rooted faith. Amber is a true joy who sees beauty in everyone she encounters, and I am so beyond grateful for this incredible friendship.
Best Man
Josh and I? We go WAY back – like 3 rd grade way back. He’s always had my back. We’ve been through thick and thin, churches and houses, trial and ease, and I am honored to call this guy my brother. Some would think that we have such little in common, but our love for Christ, huge respect for each other, and years of loyal friendship is what keeps us together...and donating blood. It’s been a wild ride, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Bridesmaid
Liz is my soul sister. We met through mutual friends and everything just clicked! She carries a perspective that is full of authenticity, beauty, and genuine friendship. Even in our distance and busyness, she prioritizes those she loves. She is my wedding date for life and I am so blessed by her.
Best Man
Isaac was in my percussion class in 6th grade and all through junior high and high school. After all of that, we still weren’t tired of each other, so we continued to bro it out as roommates in college. He and I have shared many laughs, countless theological discussions, and the weekly emotional toil that is university. He’s a SOLID guy, and I am so blessed by his friendship.
Bridesmaid
Kelsey and I met doing ministry together! My goodness, she is the friend to call when I'm having a bad day, or when I want to celebrate something exciting, and everything in between. We have cried in parking lots together, praying for our futures and encouraging one another towards our first divine love. I couldn't imagine life without her!
Groomsman
Kellen and I have known each other for many years, but we really hit our brotherhood off in junior high and high school youth group. If you ever find us hanging out, we’re either laughing a bit too aggressively about something that really isn’t all that funny, or we’re applying Proverbs 27:17 to our friendship. This guy KNOWS how to challenge the way I think about my world around me, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank him enough for refining my beliefs and thought process.
Bridesmaid
Jenna and I became close as Astronomy Lab partners in college before I ever knew the Lankford family. She is spunky, full of adventure, and encouraging. She has taught me to pursue the Lord even when it's hard or doesn't make sense. I am so grateful for her.
Groomsman
Talk about THE dynamic duo! Garrison and I met on drumline in high school, and we quickly became very close friends. We pulled so many ridiculous shenanigans all throughout high school, many of which are embarrassing to share today. His approach to life and his insane work ethic is something to be admired, and I am proud to call him a brother of mine. Also, he’s the drummer for some boy band that’s way too cool for me, so here’s my shameless plug to check out The Band CAMINO on Spotify, lol.
Bridesmaid
Hannah is married to Nathan and is my sweet sister by marriage. I have always been able to count on her honesty, love, and understanding. She is curious, makes the best playlists, and is my favorite person to call up for a movie night. Also, her ability to throw a party is unmatched. I love her so much.
Groomsman
Before I met Rachel, Nathan was taking my coffee order at a café that Natalie also used to work at. Little did I know that just a few years later he would be my brother through marriage! If it weren’t for him, I’m not sure I could have gotten behind all the board games that the Smith family loves to play (a grievous sin if I don’t participate)! Nathan and I share many interests, and I am looking forward to sharing countless laughs, strenuous hikes around the area, and a new food or drink here and there.
Bridesmaid
Sarah is my sister and one of my best friends. She approaches everything with such understanding and passion. She cares about me and helps me navigate my path with a kind perspective. She also shares her peanut butter MnM's with me and that's how I know our bond is strong. I am so glad that she's part of it all!
Groomsman
Wanna know something about Willard? His real name is William, but I started calling him Willard at Boy Scouts, and it’s stuck in just about every other setting of his life. We’ve shared countless life stories around the campfire, WILD nights at campouts, and way too many orders of smothered hash browns and overtly sweet coffee at Waffle House. Willard is the kind of guy that will hang out with you well after midnight even though there is work the next morning, with no complaint at all, and I am very thankful for his brotherhood.
