Eat BBQ

Eat Tacos

We could eat tacos for every meal (and have). Be sure to try breakfast tacos! Our favorites here: Veracruz All Natural, Nixta Taqueria, Tacodeli, Torchy's and more.

Barton Springs Pool

Within Zilker Park, there is a 3-acre outdoor swimming pool fed from underground natural springs. This is a must while in Austin! No reservation required. Tickets can be purchased on site. They do not allow picnics within the immediate pool gates, but just outside in Zilker Park food and drinks are allowed.

Barton Creek Greenbelt Trail

A number of trailheads to make this hike shorter or longer to your liking.

Kayak and Paddle Board on Lady Bird Lake

Offering hourly rentals, guided tours and large group reservations for kayaks and paddle boards.
