We're Getting Married!

We first crossed paths during a Spring break trip in March 2024, and from the very first moment we locked eyes, we both knew something special was happening. It was a rare encounter that was certainly a part of the Lord's plan. What started as a casual meeting quickly turned into something much deeper, and we could both sense it. It wasn’t just a random connection; it felt like it was meant to be. Though we met while surrounded by friends and in the midst of a busy atmosphere, there was an undeniable spark between us that couldn’t be ignored. We exchanged just a few words, but that brief conversation was all it took for us to realize that this was the beginning of something special. By the end of the night, we both felt that the connection we’d found wasn’t a coincidence, but something far greater. When our time together ended, we couldn’t stop thinking about each other. A week after the trip, we both knew deep down that we weren’t finished yet. We weren’t willing to let this connection slip away without exploring it further. So, the 10-hour drive from Arkansas to Alabama happened—and from that moment, it was clear that we were both all in. We knew we were meant to be together for the long haul, and nothing was going to stand in our way. Our relationship wasn’t without the challenges of long distances. But throughout it all, we trusted God’s timing and His plan for us. We knew that the distance was a test of our commitment, faith, and patience and that every second of waiting would be worth it. And now, as we stand on the brink of forever, we can see how God’s hand was guiding us every step of the way. Every mile, every phone call, every moment of longing led us to where we are now—a place of deep love, trust, and certainty. Together, we’ve built a foundation of faith that will carry us through every chapter of life. We are beyond grateful for the journey that brought us here, and even more excited for the future we’ll share together.
