Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar serving beer, wine and signature cocktails. Guest are allowed to bring in a bottle of their preference but it will have to go behind the bar for the bartender to serve. Id must be present.

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately no. The invitation is specific to the name(s) on it. No plus ones will be permitted under any circumstance.

Are children allowed ?

Answer

As much as we love the kiddos unfortunately no children are allowed.

What time does the event begin?

Answer

Please arrive promptly between 345-4PM. No guest will be allowed in as soon as the ceremony begins. It is very important to Factor potential traffic and other events that may occur.

What is the dress code ?

Answer

The option of attire will be formal or black tie. Guest are encouraged to wear attire that fits a black tie dress code, but that this is optional. Either a dark suit with a shirt and tie (if you don’t wish to wear a tuxedo), button down shirt with slacks or a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates is all Appropriate.

Am I allowed to request songs to be played by the DJ?

Answer

Yes! If there is a song you would love to hear please let Tony or Lanice know prior to the wedding. The DJ asks that no request are made during the wedding.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor ?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoor. The reception will be indoor. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour while the Bridal party takes photos. So enjoy a refreshing drink and a light snack.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Please inform us if you have already RSVP’D. We understand things happen but please try and give an adequate notice if possible. If you have not and do not plan to attend please RSVP No.

When is the RSVP deadline

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is going to be March 21st, 2022. This ensures that our vendors can serve everyone properly. It’s preferred for the RSVP to be conducted online but mail in is fine as well . Even a text message to the bride and or groom will suffice.
