If you know me well, you know I’ve always had a deep love for animals, especially the wild ones. That stems from how I was raised, with parents who share that same connection with wildlife. But it goes even deeper. Many of you know the story, but for those who don’t: my grandfather, Harry Goodridge, had an extra special bond with a seal named Andre, who became a local legend here in Rockport. If you’re curious, there’s a statue of Andre down at the harbor, and plenty of stories waiting if you go looking. Fun Fact: Andre was the ring bearer in my parents' wedding.

"The chapel can seat 50 people and is a perfect location for special occasions such as weddings, baptisms, and memorials. But even in the absence of a big event, the Chapel is a great place to relax, to think, to meditate or pray, and to paint or draw, and it is open to the public for all of these things." The turn onto the road is pretty hidden, so go slow past the golf course. "On your right, you’ll see a driveway marked by a boulder with the world “Vesper Hill” inscribed on it."
