We chose a venue in Astoria because we wanted to get away from the metro area and show all of you the beauty of the Oregon Coast. We also felt this place celebrated things we are both passionate about, which includes being near the ocean & honoring the Indigenous history of the land. Please join us in acknowledging that the land we will be getting married on traditionally belonged to the Chasta, Rogue River, Umpqua, Molalla and Kalapuya (now known as the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde), Clatsop, Chinook, and Kathlamet peoples.
