Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. To add a little British flare, women are encouraged to wear fascinators or hats (can be found on Amazon and Etsy).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at the Penn Lake (ceremony space) by 2:30 p.m. Please note if you are staying onsite, a shuttle will pick you up at your location and take you to the ceremony space. For those who are not staying onsite, you can take a shuttle from the main lobby or walk down to Penn Lake. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is plenty of parking onsite!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If staying onsite at Deerhurst a shuttle will be provided from your hotel area to the ceremony and back to the reception. Guests are to text Mighty Text – 705-571-1834 or Dial ‘0’ from hotel room to be picked up from their room area. * Available for transportation on Deerhurst Property only If staying offsite, a shuttle will be provided from the main lobby area to the ceremony and back to the reception. Please arrive in main lobby area and ask about the shuttle for the Penn & Langlois wedding. For transportation after the reception, there is Y Drive (Huntsville Uber - must download app) or local taxi companies: Al’s Taxi - 705-789-2374 Independent Taxi - 705-789-8294

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We do not have a traditional wedding registry. We have plans to travel for our honeymoon after the wedding. If you would like to provide a gift, a monetary gift would be greatly appreciated. 💕

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, especially all of your little ones, but we have decided to make this an adults only event. We hope you understand and enjoy the night with us ☺️

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 15, 2024.
