The Sterling is located on the campus of the Arrowhead Golf Club at 12292 Clarence Center Rd in Akron, NY. There are two venues at the Arrowhead: The Timberlodge and The Sterling. When you arrive at Arrowhead, please go past the first building, The Timberlodge, and you will find The Sterling.

Our dress code is Cocktail attire (somewhere between Semi-Formal and Formal/Black Tie). However, we encourage you to please wear whatever you feel your best in!

How do I know if I have a Plus One?How do I know if I have a Plus One?

Answer

If your invitation includes your name plus the name of your partner, or if it says your name "& Guest," then you have received a Plus One. All names of invited persons can be found on the online RSVP section as well. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Answer

We love children, but we ask that our wedding day be an environment free from children under 6 years old. We want all of our guests to be able to relax and enjoy themselves fully. We hope you understand.

Is the venue accessible?Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, our venue is accessible for guests who need wheelchair access or who have other mobility concerns. There is an upstairs that can only be accessed by climbing the stairs, but our event will be taking place on the ground floor of the venue solely.
