Based on the feedback from our RSVPs, we will be providing shuttle service from the venue to Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Here are the times the shuttle will run: Treasure Island to Willow Brooke Farm - 2:45pm Willow Brooke Farm to Treasure Island - 8:15pm Willow Brooke Farm to Treasure Island - 10:00pm
Ceremony starts at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early so that you may park, walk to the ceremony, and be seated by 3:25pm. If you happen to arrive at 3:25pm or later, we ask that you stay in your car and wait until it is over. Don't be the person to walk into the ceremony and disrupt our moment. If you are unable to join us for the ceremony, please plan to arrive sometime during cocktail hour from 4:00-5:00pm.
If something changes, contact Olivia or Noah DIRECTLY by text or phone call. Do not just disappear and not show up. Olivia: 612-227-4053 Noah: 979-595-6371
Reminders can be found on the black banner at the top of the website page titled: Announcements. If it is a very big update, we will contact all guests personally.
Google the venue or use the following address: 29212 Orchard Rd, Red Wing, MN 55066 Parking lot is PAST the venue a bit. You will turn onto the long venue road, go past the farm house and buildings, and there will be a larger parking lot. Please do not park by the farm house or reception buildings. Still confused? See the image in our "Gallery" of the property map. If you plan on drinking, please consider carpooling with others at your hotel, leaving your car overnight, and taking the shuttle. You can hitch a ride with your carpool people to get your vehicle the next morning (BEFORE 9am - there is another wedding the following day).
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions that you may have. Use the RSVP here on Zola to add your dietary restrictions. Any last minute comments will not be considered for catering.
Dress code: Formal yet casual. Think sun dresses, slacks, button ups, skirts, jumpsuits, rompers, you name it. Be aware that this is an August wedding in Minnesota so dress for possible humidity and heat. If you want to fit the vibe and color scheme of the wedding, you would want to wear neutrals (brown/tan/black) and/or pastels (lilac, yellow, baby blue, soft orange, etc.). If you have specific attire questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Olivia. We do ask that you avoid wearing rust red and/or white. If you happen to wear white to our wedding, we will not be held responsible for any red liquids that may "accidentally" be spilled in your direction.
Plan to bring bug spray just in case it does get a bit buggy. However, we have been informed that bugs have never been an issue at our venue location. Sunscreen is also recommended. The ceremony and cocktail hour as well as the majority of photos will all take place outdoors.
It is Minnesota which means only Mother Nature has the answer to that question. We recommend planning for it to be very warm and a bit humid. However, rain is always a possibility. There is an indoor ceremony site that we will use if it is a downpour. However, the wicked witch of the west is not invited so we don't believe anyone will melt if there is a slight drizzle - in which case we will have the ceremony outside. The reception location is also large enough should we need to stay completely inside.
Short answer is yes. However, please be aware that the bar will be heavily photographed so all drunken shenanigans will be well documented and mocked for many years to come. Proceed with caution.
Ask us. We may or may not have room for you to add a plus one.
Children are welcome until 8:30pm at the latest.
When: Deadline to RSVP is Saturday, June 1st 2024. How: If you found this website you are 90% of the way there! Locate the RSVP at the top of your web page and respond to the questions.
