The venue will allow you to leave your car overnight without it getting towed. The hotel is only a couple miles away from the venue and convenient for Ubers.
While we would love to share this day with everyone, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the RSVP.
We would love for you to take this opportunity to wear your Sunday’s best and work it. Besides jeans, you can wear whatever makes you comfortable! The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, and the reception indoors. We recommend thick heels, wedges, or flat shoes, but feel free to bring a change of shoes for the reception and dance floor.
The venue charges us $500 for every outside drink brought in, and that guest will be asked to leave by the venue. So not only will you miss out on the party of the year, you will receive a $500 Venmo charge the next morning from the happy couple. So sneak at your own risk :)
If you are coming in from out of town and want to experience Downtown Walnut Creek, we recommend downloading the ParkMobile app if you are taking your car. Most parking spaces allow you to pay through the app, and if you end up staying longer than expected you can update through the app rather than walk back to your car to pay. If you want to reduce parking costs, we recommend leaving your car overnight at the venue the day of the wedding, even if you don't plan on drinking.
Please RSVP no later than September 1st, 2024. We understand life happens, so please keep us posted on any last-minute changes to your RSVP.
Unfortunately, 680 N and Ygnacio Valley Road almost always have traffic. We recommend accommodating 15 minutes of traffic on top of your expected ETA to ensure you don't miss the tears being shed while the bride is walking down the aisle. Where the tears will be coming from remains to be seen, but we're taking bets. There is also a bar on site (not a part of the open bar), so if you want to get there early to be safe, you can always hang out in there.
