Our go-to upscale pub. The Groom gets the classic double with a side salad. The Bride loves the miso roasted cauliflower.
Le Salbuen Cafe
Healthy brunch or dinner! Great options for our vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free friends (the opposite side of the menu is for our meat lovers).
SLA thai restaurant
Excellent Thai in Upper Montclair. Enjoy lunch or dinner then walk Valley Road to explore a different part of town.
Sushi Koshi
Our Friday night date spot.
Stamna Taverna
Our go to Greek restaurant. If it's nice, we always sit outside.
Porta Montclair
Casual Italian close by all the festivities. The second floor turns into a dance party on the weekends which may be where some people end up after the wedding.
Raymond's
Upscale diner. The farm salad with grilled chicken and the matzo ball soup is a winner.
Bluestone Coffee Co
Stephen Colbert & Jerry Seinfeld had coffee here on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Excellent breakfast/brunch spot. See if you can spot the Mother of the Groom's art on the walls. ;)
Toast Montclair
Worth the wait! The Bride recommends putting your name in then taking a stroll down Bloomfield Avenue as they will text you when your table is ready. Everything is delicious but the lobster roll is the Bride's favorite.
Beyond the Bagel
Grab a bagel and walk to Anderson Park to enjoy.
Red Eye Cafe
Excellent coffee & brunch.
Star Tavern
For the adventurous that like to go off the beaten path.... this is THE BEST PIZZA in Jersey (at least we think so!)
Holsten's Ice Cream, Chocolate & Restaurant
Soprano and ice-cream lovers will want to check this spot out. It's where the last scene was shot and it's by far the best ice cream ever. It's been open for 83 years and uses only the best meat from Mastriano's deli across the street.
Bricklane Curry House, Upper Montclair, NJ
If you are feeling spicy.... this is the Groom's favorite Indian restaurant.
Milburn Deli Montclair
The Father of the Bride's favorite spot. If you mention sloppy joe's to him, you may be in a conversation about sandwiches for a few hours. (You were warned).
Eagle Rock Reservation
We like to run up to the top of Eagle Rock to see the view of NYC or picnic up here.
