This is where Josiah and I had our first date, and we have gone back many times since! They have great craft beers, and most of the time they have food trucks and live music on site.
On your way in (or out), don't miss out on stopping by Sierra Nevada. It is a short 5 minute drive from the airport. Not only do they have unique food, they have a self-guided tour you can take through the facility to see their warehouse and how the beer gets made. They also have cornhole, bocce ball, and live music!
Looking for breakfast that's not at the hotel? Yellow Mug is it then! Good coffee, good vibes, and very good food!
If you want to go to a nice dinner while visiting Asheville, go to Hemingway's! We love their cocktails, yuca fries, and ropa vieja (translates to old clothes but doesn't taste like them)! They also have a spectacular rooftop view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
This is one of our favorite date night or group dinner spots. They have dishes that will please everyone and insanely good bread and salads (yes, I mean it). There are 3 locations within about a 30 minute radius and they are all equally good!
An Asheville classic! Play old school arcade games while sipping on a local brew. Doesn't get much better than that!
We go here on Thursdays for trivia from time to time! Check their website to see if they are showing a movie or having a fun event, they usually are.
