RSVP's will be due by October 18th!! Please RSVP at your earliest convenience using the RSVP tab or respond with the paper rsvp via mail. If you cannot make it please RSVP accordingly.
You will be missed! If you do not RSVP by October 18th, you will be marked as "not attending". RSVPs are helpful to us when providing final guest count to vendors for food and drinks.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We suggest arriving no earlier than 3:30 and no later than 3:45 to give yourself time to park, sign our guest book and find a seat.
We would love to see our friends & family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail / semi-formal attire. For reference, the bridesmaids will be in espresso colored floor length dresses and groomsmen will be in black tuxedos. No specific color is required but we encourage guests to dress in more fall tones/shades.
Our entire wedding day will be at DeerField Estates Venue. You can find the venue located at 105 Deerfield Road, Waco, TX 76705
Our venue has 2 designated parking areas. One by the chapel and one by the reception hall/barn. If you are planning on joining us later in the evening, we recommend parking at the reception hall.
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family or addressed on your invite. We hope you use our wedding as a fun date night out!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Our wedding ceremony will take place inside the Chapel at Deerfield Estates. A cocktail hour will be held afterwards, which will be outdoors unless weather permits otherwise. A reception will conclude the evening inside the barn.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift to us is being fully present when we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment and promise to share those with you as soon as we can. After the ceremony please feel free to take photos and videos and share them with us!
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you so be ready to celebrate and don't be shy on the dance floor.
For the ceremony, the first couple rows will be reserved for family - but other than that please sit wherever you'd like! For the reception, a designated seating chart will be displayed to direct you to your table!
During cocktail hour there will be a grazing table available including a variety of meats/cheeses/fruits/etc. Dinner will include 2 pasta options with your choice of meatballs or chicken with a side salad and bread. For gluten allergies, grilled chicken salad!
