What are the Covid guidelines?

Answer

***MASKS ARE REQUIRED WHILE INDOORS*** Along with an approved Travel Authorization form prior to boarding a flight to Jamaica, ALL travelers ages 12 and up, are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 Antigen or molecular (PCR, NAA, RNA) test performed by an accredited lab for which the sample was collected within 3 days of the travel date. Now all our resorts throughout Mexico & Jamaica will offer easy, onsite COVID-19 antigen (rapid) testing, provided 24hrs prior to your travel date. Tests will be conducted on property at no cost to guests who have booked a minimum of 5 nights at our resorts (for up to two guests per room). Results will be received within 30 minutes at our resorts in Mexico and Jamaica. Guests can contact the concierge to schedule their departure test (PCR as well) as soon as they check in. Additional rapid tests will be available at a minimal cost of $36 USD at Moon Palace Jamaica.

What is the refund policy for room reservations?

Answer

Members of the group have 30 days prior to check-in to request cancellation and receive a full refund. If a member of the Group cancels their booked rooms within 14 days prior to Check In, 3 nights payment penalty will not be refunded.

Do children stay free?

Answer

Yes. Children aged 17yrs and under stay free as long as there are a minimum of 3 nights booked, limited to two children/teenagers per room. Children & Teenagers’’ ages must be notified in the reservation and ages must be accurate at time of travel (proof of age will be required upon check-in).

What is covered in the all inclusive resort?

Answer

Your stay includes, free 24hr room service, wet bar (in room bar), food, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), live performances, discounts on spa services, access to the gym and clubs.

What additional fees will I be responsible for once arriving?

Answer

You will be responsible for shuttle service fees if you’re staying under 4 nights. The amount will be posted at a later date. COVID-19 PCR test may be a fee and can be charged to you room when requested.

Can we bring a guest?

Answer

If you were told you have a plus one, you can bring someone. Anyone extra will be responsible for paying their own event fees.
