We’re getting married!

Kenneth and I worked together at Pizza Inn. We always caught each other’s eye; you all, he use to cut those pizzas with those big arms, veins popping all out. I just knew I had to get him.

It was until 2 years later, Kenneth reached out to me and there it happened. Our first date included pizza you all, not a coincident huh? :) When I say we been eating pizza since, lol! But seriously, I thank God for bringing us together!

It was National Girlfriend Day, so Kenneth planned a go kart race, carriage ride and dinner for us. I was just hoping to have a good time as his girlfriend. As our carriage ride was coming to an end, my friends and family started screaming and holding up “Will You Marry Me” signs. I instantly started crying, I could not believe what was happening. During a national pandemic, Kenneth asked me to marry him. Of course, “I SAID YES!”
