Our story began on Facebook on June 28, 2024, but it wasn’t until July 4 that we truly connected and from that moment, something just felt different. Our conversations turned into hours of laughter, deep talks, and a connection that felt effortless. Even though Lanell had her walls up at first, Jarius was patient with her and never gave up, showing her little by little that she could trust him. On July 12, 2024, Jarius surprised Lanell, and the very first moment she saw him… everything changed. It felt like love at first sight, like a sense of peace came over her and everything just made sense. On July 21, Jarius asked Lanell to be his girlfriend, and of course, she said yes. And when Jarius proposed, saying yes felt so natural like her heart had already made that decision long before the question was even asked. From the very beginning, they truly believe God placed them in each other’s lives for a reason and that reason is forever. 💍💕
