Do I need to RSVP?
Answer
YES! Please RSVP by the date provided on your invitation. This number will help us finalize details with our vendor(s). But, don't worry! If we do not hear from you, you will certainly hear from us! We will also be sending reminders periodically.
Question
What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! We ask that the RSVP still be submitted as 'not attending' to ensure an accurate guest count.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space within our venue, we ask that only those that are formally invited on our invitations attend our event.
Question
Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We are lovers of kiddos- that's for sure! But, due to limited spacing, we ask that only the littles formally invited on the wedding invitation be present. We ask that children who will be attending the ceremony are seated with an easy "escape route" in the event of meltdown- we are understanding, it happens and always at the most inconvenient times for moms and dads ;)

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
We will be spending the entirety of our wedding at Hart Ranch (73800 Gallatin Rd, Gallatin Gateway, MT 59730) with an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love for our friends and family to dress nicely with us and ask for no casual clothing! Our dress code for all guests is cocktail attire, and all black in color.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We encourage our guest to book local Air Bnb's, hotels in Bozeman or Big Sky, or camping along the Gallatin River! The possibilities are endless in the area. There is also a block scheduled for June 19th-June 21st at Gallatin Canyon Cabins, just cross the road from our venue! Please call 406-763-6822 (Haley) to reserve.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Often in this area, summer days can be warm and evenings can get cool. We suggest bringing a second layer with you, just in case the temperature drops below your comfort.

If I fly, how do I get to the venue?
Answer
In the area of our wedding, Uber's will not be available. Please schedule a vehicle rental prior to your trip, to ensure transportation.

What should I purchase as a gift?
Answer
We are honored and excited to have our closest loved ones joining us on our special day- your presence and well wishes are the most meaningful gifts we could receive, if you are able to travel. There is no gift that could compete with the value of your time and expense to travel. Through the entirety of our relationship, we have been fortunate to have everything we could need, and then some.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We require that our guests unplug during our ceremony and be present in the moment. We have hired an amazing photographer that we know will capture beautiful photographs of us and all who are attending, and ask that we leave the photos to the professional. As we receive the photos back, we will share with all of you to keep.

I have a dietary restriction- will there by an alternate option for me?
Answer
We ask that information regarding allergies be brought to our attention before the RSVP deadline. This ensures we are able to look into replacement options, if there are any available.

Will I need to bring cash?
Answer
We will be covering basic bar and food service on our wedding day. Although, I know our bar staff would greatly appreciate cash tips, if you feel inclined to do so!
