Important Information

Initial deposits required to reserve your room are due by March 14th! Room Prices vary depending on the 2 different types of rooms. The tropical view is our most affordable and our ocean is the slightly upgraded room, you are just paying for a better view. Our tropical view is $257 per night/per person ($771 for 3 nights) and our ocean view is $280 per night/per person ($842 for 3 nights) There is a 3-night MINIMUM. You will see when you're booking that you can stay longer than 3 nights if you want to make it a full vacation, but there is a requirement of at least 3 nights for your stay. The room deposit will $100 and will secure your room until your payment dates. REASONS TO BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE- After choosing your room you will see travel packages and this is where the travel insurance. The travel insurance will reimburse for any events that happen during your travel to Mexico. Travel delays or missed connections, lost or damaged baggage, or any medical reasons. Along with this, you get a 2nd date to finish paying for your room. Without the travel insurance, your room payment is due in full by April 1st. With the travel insurance, you only have to have 50% paid by April 1st and the other 50% of your room is due June 1st.
