Cocktail/Semi-Formal Attire! Ladies: A cocktail dress or dressy suit or jumpsuit. Gentlemen: Suit and tie are not required, but please no denim.

If your invitation says “and Guest/Family,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. When you RSVP online you will see all the names listed in your party. (If "Guest" is listed on your invite, please add your plus one's name to the RSVP confirmation.
