Wedding Party

Meet our friends and family that are doing us the honor of being a part of our day.

Marah

Maid of Honor

Lane's Sister

Adam

Best Man

Glen's Childhood Friend Glen & I met what I would consider ages ago. From early on at elementary school and daycare, to tearing it up on the basketball court. I've known Glen a really long time and I've never seen him as happy as he is with Lane. He was an amazing Best Man at my wedding so I hope that bar isn't too high. Glen has always been a great friend and someone I relied on over the years. Can't wait to enjoy this special occasion with the new Mr. & Mrs.! If you see him at the wedding, conversation topics could include: the Philadelphia Eagles, Budlight Lime, and how many times he almost smothered Glen with a pillow for snoring on his Bachelor trip.

Elaina

Junior Maid of Honor

Lane's Soon-To-Be Daughter Hiiii I'm Elaina (the junior maid of honor) and did you know how thoughtful my mom is? Or how amazing her cooking is? I don't even have the words for it... have you tried her brownies? or her spaghetti?! or her chicken alfredo?!? Haha. Probably not. I was too little to remember when I first met mom but I do know that she is so caring and helpful and an awesome person and.... she's pretty.... and super nice. If you see her at the wedding, conversation topics could include: fidget toys, fidgets, if she asks you "do you know what fidget toys are?".... RUN

Grant

Groomsman

Glen's Brother

Lys

Bridesmaid

Lane's Childhood Friend I met Lane in 2010 when we quickly bonded over being those "crazy horse girls". Through the reckless (we realize this now) attempted horse stunts and the sleepovers spent talking about those said horse stunts, we became best friends. Although Lane has now put the horse world aside, we have had the pleasure of being with each other through many other special moments such as my marriage and her first home. What I love most about having a friend like Lane is that even if our lives become chaotic, which they usually always are, she is always only a phone call away. If you see her at the wedding, conversation topics could include: her fur babies, nursing, and the time her and Lane planned a wedding for their horses to marry each other.

Trevor

Groomsman

Glen's Friend I met Glen about 10 years ago playing paintball. If we weren’t at some event somewhere around the country, we were at The Front Porch waiting to see where the night would go. It was always a great time around Glen even when one or two too many JOOSEs were involved. Over the years we kept in touch, usually by catching up at the immaculate Golden Chicken for some lunch. Throughout our many adventures Glen has always remained a great friend and I’m excited to be around for his and Lane’s big day. If you see him at the wedding, conversation topics could include: the Green Bay Packers, the car that he's been restoring since before Glen met him, and the time he crashed a wedding with Glen.

Becca

Bridesmaid

Lane's Friend Lane and I met in 2015 and have been laughing & making memories ever since. After hearing horror stories of randomly assigned college roommates, I was pleasantly surprised to get a roommate who's strangest quality is how much Kraft mac & cheese she could eat in one sitting. We quickly bonded over our love for pasta, naps, Bach nation, & dad jokes. Lane has helped me navigate the crazy world that is college & has stayed by my side to figure out the real world now. I am so grateful to have found a friend who never hesitates to sing 2000s R&B with me & also happens to make award-worthy spaghetti. She truly is one of a kind. If you see her at the wedding, conversation topics could include: the Kansas City Chiefs, pugs, and her obsession with spaghetti.

Nolan

Groomsman

Glen’s Friend

Julie

Bridesmaid

Lane's Friend I met Lane in 2015 the day she came in to apply to work at the restaurant I was working. I tried to train her to be a good hostess but she was a tough student... lets just say she wasn't focused on the hosting! I warned her of the "bad boy" in the kitchen who I knew would be smitten with her, but thankfully, she ignored me and went on to create a beautiful life with that "bad boy". Our friendship didn't really take shape until a couple years later as we navigated the woes of adulthood together but now, she's my favorite beach buddy, life coach, and game night host! If you see her at the wedding, conversation topics could include: her love of her and Max's cats (Buddy & Millie), teaching, and her accomplishment of having tried nearly every kind of seltzer ever made.

Max

Groomsman

Glen's Friend Glen and I met in 2013 as line cooks at a local restaurant (spoiler: the same restaurant he ended up meeting Lane at). We were well known for coming to work in matching camo chef pants. Maybe they should make a reappearance at the wedding?! Don't tell Lane. We both went on to do different big-boy jobs but just couldn't stand being apart so I convinced Glen to apply to the new company I worked for and 3 years later, the rest is history! We upgraded those matching camo pants for matching company polos now. If you see him at the wedding, conversation topics could include: his animosity toward his and Julie's cats (Buddy & Millie), motorcycles, and his aspiring professional disc golf career.

Molly

Flower Girl

Lane's Cousin I met Lane in 1998 when she wasn't exactly in her prime. She was bald and drooled constantly. Since then, we have spent many summers by the pool and having sleepovers that normally involved drawing faces on our stomachs and pranking Marah with whatever we had up our sleeves that day. Now our conversations revolve around work and big life events but we still find ways to giggle the whole time. Lane has come a long way from the little girl I once knew, now she only needs a bib at big dinners like Thanksgiving. If you see her at the wedding, conversation topics could include: holistic medicine, her thriving garden, and her not-so-thriving houseplants.

T-Rex

Ring Bearer

Lane & Glen's Fur Baby I first met mom and dad in 2020 when they were so bored in the pandemic quarantine that they drove 14 hours to come get me. I quickly learned that dad's beard was the best chew toy on the planet and mom gives the best snuggles a boy could ask for. Since becoming a Havens, I've started collecting paper towel rolls, my sister's stuffed animals, and mom's hairclips. I'm a little sour that the dog toys I wanted to put on the registry didn't make the cut but I was at least promised treats if I don't lose the rings. If you see him at the wedding, conversation topics could include: copious amounts of treats, his Duckie toy, kibble, and his favorite human - Gigi.
