Glacier National Park

Check the park website for information on park and road access. Vehicle reservations are required to access the park between 6 am-3 pm. Reservations are available online at recreation.gov. Next-day passes are made available at 7 pm MDT nightly and sell out quickly!

Paddleboard/Kayak/Mountain Bike Rentals

Rent a kayak or paddle board from Base Camp Bigfork and take it out on Flathead Lake! Or rent mountain bikes and head to Blacktail mountain!

Flathead Lake Alpine Coaster

Aerial Park and Ski Lift Rides on Whitefish Mountain

Summer activities on Whitefish Mountain include an aerial park/high ropes course, scenic ski lift/gondola rides up the mountain, zip line tours and alpine slides.

Somers Beach State Park

Enjoy a short walk to the north shore of Flathead Lake and relax on the beach.

Wild Horse Boat Trips

Take a boat tour to Wild Horse Island on Flathead Lake for a chance to see the big horn sheep, rams, and wild horses that inhabit the island.

Jewel Basin Hiking

Hike the Rocky Mountains in the Jewel Basin. Many beautiful trails to choose from! Summiting Mount Aeneas from the Camp Misery trailhead is a favorite. Be bear aware! Bring bear spray and hike in groups.
