Matron of Honor
Dani, the head of the Minoui sisters. Dani and I have come a long way since she pushed me into an unfinished pool and padlocked me in a dog cage as children. Although I always looked up to Dani growing up (despite the aforementioned incidents) now I can also say I am lucky enough to have a best friend and soulmate in my sister.
Matron of Honor
Lexi, Minoui sister #2 and my Unpaid Personal Assistant and Wedding Planner. Lexi has always been the little mother of the 3 of us. Her #1 job in our sisterhood is to make sure everyone is ok and care for us 24/7. She has fulfilled her role beautifully over the last 30 something years, always giving us a soft place to land and hand to hold. The universe knew what it was doing when it placed us together.
Officiant
Not just Officiant but also bridesmaid, best friend and sister. Sammie and I have had a friendship that has been special enough to last decades and grow along with us in years and layers. There are very few things more special than being able to say you have been friends since birth, and even though we have not (since we met in 3rd grade) we still tell everyone our moms went to Lamaze class together and have been friends since birth. It sure feels that way anyways.
Bridesmaid
Tori is the newest addition to my sisterhood as she is my soon to be sister-in-law. I am so excited to add another sister to the ranks! Tori is so sweet and always down for a good time. I am so happy Lane was lucky enough to grow up with her by his side and I can't wait to have her in my life forever as my very own little sister.
Best Man
Austin, the smallest man, but biggest in my heart. We have grown together more than I could have ever imagined. If there was one phrase to describe Austin it would be Big Kahuna. If you watched this man eat an ear of corn you would be in shock as to how he was able to land Marygrace Slebodnik, but alas he did. Thankfully he is the one who brought Erica and I into each others lives, and for that I can’t thank him enough. Octane never dies.
Groomsman
What to say of my oldest brother, the eldest Gray. Cj and I have definitely had our ups and downs but we have always come back together as the true brothers we are. He has taught me many things in life like the best conspiracy theories, how to be the only one in the boat who catches a fish when it’s just me and him, and lastly how to be an expert golfer even though I can’t seem to hit under 120 on the course. He may have locked me in an attic once or twice but he’d never let anyone else lock me in one.
Groomsman
Rex Parker Gray, his full government name just in case anyone needed a new identity. I remember the first time I ever held you and fed you a bottle, and I’m pretty sure you threw up on me. Now I hand you different types of bottles and you still throw up on me occasionally. Thank you for making every family event wonderful and memorable.
Groomsman
My youngest and prettiest brother. I know I can always count on our shared goofiness and love of memes to put a smile on my face. All the Vermont trips were made better with you calling out every eighteen wheeler…every 5 seconds… on the drives up there. I have great memories of your love of dancing all the way back to Applebottom Jeans. We will make sure to play one of your favorites so that we can tear up the dance floor at the wedding.
