Yes! A bus will pick up guests from The Bee Hotel at 4:15 PM and The Holbrook Hotel at 4:30 PM to take everyone to the ceremony at West Main. You do not need to be staying at the hotels to use this service, and we ask that you be outside and ready about 10 minutes before your pickup time. After the ceremony, the bus will transport guests to the reception at the Danville Golf Club. Guests may also board the bus at West Main if they would like to go directly to the reception. At the end of the evening, the bus will make hourly runs between the casino and both hotels until 2:00 AM. Friends who live in Forest Hills and the surrounding neighborhoods may also use the West Main Baptist Church drop-off at the end of the night. Guests are welcome to use the shuttle at any of these stops, regardless of where they are staying. As a courtesy to West Main Baptist Church, please ensure all cars are moved prior to Sunday services. Be sure to continue to check our wedding website for any updates!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early.
Our wedding is black tie optional. Gentlemen may wear a tuxedo or a dark suit, while ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or other dressy attire. We ask guests to embrace vibrant, cheerful hues, think festive and colorful. Although our wedding is in early fall, we hope the celebration feels like a joyful farewell to summer, rather than the beginning of autumn.
Your invitation will specify who is invited. If it includes “& Guest,” you’re welcome to bring a plus-one!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!
