For any questions or concerns, please feel free to text Ava at 941-270-4384. If you call me, I’m probably not answering as I don't have many of your contacts saved, so please text me!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. Tuxes and gowns are also welcome, but not necessary. Please refrain from white, pink, and green; those are the colors the bride and wedding party will be wearing.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have a selection of drinks for you to choose from. There will not be a bartender so there won’t be anything to fancy!

Can I bring a plus one?

We are unable to accommodate additional guests unless otherwise listed when you RSVP due to venue capacity and budget. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

If your child is listed on the RSVP they are welcome, if not we ask that they are not brought to any of the weddings events. Thank you for your understanding!

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by November 1, 2026 so we can plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6:00 pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled. Please do not arrive before 5:30 pm unless you are specifically asked to be there before then. Late arrivals will not be seated during the ceremony and will have to wait until the cocktail hour/Reception to join the event.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Please turn off your phones and mute them right at 6:00 pm.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Our event is fully indoors so your only concern is getting from your cars inside!

We have a registry page here on Zola, where we have a rainy day fund, and below that, we have a registry on Amazon!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will try to accommodate you as best we can! We have a section about that on the RSVP, if we have any questions or if we cannot accommodate, we will reach out so we can make a game plan!

Sadly, due to venue size, only the people listed on your RSVP are invited! We thank you for your understanding!
