What time should I arrive to the ceremony location?

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. - please plan accordingly.

How do I get to the ceremony location?

Answer

Please meet at the main entrance of the Cheyenne Mountain hotel. We will have transportation services (vans and golf carts) that will take guests down to the ceremony location. The ceremony location is still at the Cheyenne Mountain hotel, it is just a bit of a walk to get down there- it is a large property. You are also more than welcome to walk.

How do I get to the reception location from the ceremony?

There will be transportation service (vans and golf carts) that will take guests back up the main entrance of the Cheyenne Mountain hotel. There will be signage and people available to assist with escorting you to the reception.

What is the dress code?

Think "Sunday Best." No jeans, please.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors.

Yes, there is complimentary parking for all wedding guests.

Only if your child is listed on the formal invitation.

Do you have a room block at a hotel?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at Cheyenne Mountain Resort at a discounted rate. Please use the group code G-ASHL. We recommend staying here, for all wedding activities will happen on the property. We also recommend booking asap due to limited availability.
