Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be coming later this year but if you already know your availability, please feel free to fill out the RSVP tab on the wedding website!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party and immediate family at our reception.

Is the Omni the only hotel option?

Answer

There are a lot of hotel options on the island but we recommend staying on the Omni Amelia Island property. This could mean the hotel or one of the villas that are available for rent.

Is there transportation to/from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While on the Omni property you can use the resort's trams to get from one place to another. This includes the ceremony, reception, and hotel as well as anywhere else you may want to explore. Guests staying on the Omni Resort: Head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take you to the chapel. Guests NOT staying on the Omni Resort: When you arrive at the security gate, reference “Lane & Kirkpatrick Wedding” and then park in the parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to the chapel.

Are Ubers, Lyfts, or other rideshare options available?

Answer

It is difficult to get Ubers, Lyfts, or other rideshare providers to pick up from the Omni Resort. Please be prepared to use the Omni shuttles for moving around the resort or plan to drive if you are leaving the property.

What do I need to bring?

Answer

We would recommend bringing your ID if you plan to drink alcohol.
