What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM to allow time for seating.

Both will take place at Mount Rose Ski Resort – Winters Creek Lodge.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with a reception that includes both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes! Optional bus transportation will be available to and from the venue, with pickup and drop-off at the Residence Inn by Marriott Reno South (where our hotel block is), located in the same parking lot as the Tamarack Casino. Please RSVP “Yes” if you plan to use transportation.

Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses—but please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!

October in the mountains can be crisp—layers are recommended, especially in the evening. The celebration will include both indoor and outdoor spaces, and a large outdoor firepit will be available to keep guests warm.

Yes! Guests will enjoy a full dinner, an open bar, dessert, and dancing, as well as late-night snacks.
