Jonathan and Landry met at UAB in 2018, Landry was running late to microbiology class (shocker!) and was placed in a small group with Jonathan. They became quick friends through study groups and class assignments and remained close through graduation. They loved talking over coffee, hiking, cooking, and simply being together. Their relationship became official in May 2020 and they've been inseparable ever since!

Landry loves the East Coast, so when it came time to book a trip for their four year anniversary, Nantucket, MA, was the perfect spot. While Landry handled the trip details, Jonathan hired a photographer for a session on the beach. During the photoshoot, Jonathan took Landry’s hands, gave his prepared speech, and got down on one knee in front of Brant Point Lighthouse. It was a perfect day! That trip was their favorite to date. Nantucket will forever hold a special place in their hearts, and they look forward to visiting again soon!
