Hike a trail named after Rachel's grandfather, who served as the Missoula County Sheriff from 1979-1985. The trail passes through his family's former 10-acre home site.

The trailhead is located on the University of Montana campus. It is 3/4 mile to the "M" and 1 3/4 miles to the very top of Mount Sentinel.
