Should I buy a gift?

Answer

Gifts are completely optional! We know destination weddings aren't as simple as showing up, so we feel your presence is your present! If you chose to bring a card, there will be a place for them at the reception. If you choose to give a gift, please mail them to our house. Our address is 4803 Thornbrook Ridge, Columbia, MO 65203.

What airport do we fly in to?

It would be best to fly into the Liberia airport. If you have any questions or need help with this, please contact us!

How will we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

We are working with one of our local friends on transportation. If you have already booked your transportation through our travel agent, great! You are done! If you have not, please reach out to our friend, Kerri, at info@guacamaya-adventures.com

Is there an efficient way to get in contact with each other while in Costa Rica?

Answer

The best way to get ahold of everyone will be by downloading WhatsApp. I will make a groupchat once we get closer to the wedding date to make sure we are all on the same page all weekend! Reach out to us if you have any specific questions about WhatsApp.

Will we get to see the couple when we arrive?

Answer

Yes! We will have a welcome party at the Pura Vida Bar on January 29th at 7pm! We can't wait to see all of you there! No special attire is needed, however, the bride will be wearing a dress! Think resort casual!

Where and when will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the resort! The ceremony will be at 2pm in the Garden, and the reception will be at 6pm at Bar Guaro. Both of these locations are outdoors! There will be more details about this once you arrive at the resort!

Will there be something to do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a cocktail hour! There will be specific details about where and when at check-in.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a strict dress code! It will be pretty hot and humid, so wear something you are comfortable in. Think beachy, but still elegant!

Will there be a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The wedding party will receive all details regarding a rehearsal dinner for the evening of the 30th! Peyton will reach out to you!
