We've chosen Serendipity Catering for our event, and have a variety of heavy appetizers to serve you on our special day. The menu includes: ❣ A flow table with a display of fresh and dried fruit, gourmet cheeses, olives, nuts, sliced cured meats, pickled vegetables, housemade jam, and an assortment of crackers. ❣ Mixed Field Greens with fresh vegetables and a colorful combination of carrot ribbons, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, topped with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. ❣ Chicken Satay Skewers, with marinated chicken served with a spicy peanut sauce. ❣ Cherrywood Smoked Beef Brisket Slider, with slow roasted cherrywood smoked beef brisket topped with caramelized red onion and BBQ sauce. ❣ Mini Cuban Sandwich, with shredded pork, smoked ham, Swiss cheese and a pickle chip on petit bread. ❣ For dessert enjoy "two bite sweets," with mini apple pies and fresh fruit tartlet. ❣ Drink selections include infused water with lemon & mint, raspberry limeade with lavender & mint, prickly pear punch and a hot tea station with green & black varieties. Please enter through the main entrance for the Botanic Gardens & follow the signs to the Woodland Mosaic for the Rhead-Harris event.
Our event officially begins at 6 PM, but please arrive between 5 and 5:30 PM to get settled before the ceremony starts.

Formal, business-casual attire, and anything floral is appreciated to fit into the theme of our garden party.
