Arrival/parking at Port Orleans Riverside for the Ceremony?

Answer

Enter through the resort security gate and turn right onto Sassagoula Circle, then continue to follow this road until you see signs for Oak Manor. There is parking behind the building and there will be an event guide to guide you to the ceremony site.

Important: In Case of Rain - Backup Indoor Ceremony Location

Answer

If there is a chance of rain of 50% or higher, bitter cold (50 or colder), or excessive electrical activity, our wedding planning team may move our Ceremony Location to St James Hall & Patio at the Boardwalk Conference Center, located at the Boardwalk Inn Resort Hotel. If this change occurs, this is the same hotel where our Celebration will be held, so driving during the wedding will no longer be needed; however, driving to the Boardwalk Inn will need to happen at the beginning of the wedding instead. To know whether the Ceremony location was officially changed due to weather on wedding day, please consult with Denise (maid of honor) - 623-760-6230. Traveling and drive time to the Celebration?

Answer

It's a 10-15 minute drive to the Boardwalk resort. Please take an Uber/Lyft or other rideshare service to the Celebration. Other options include carpooling with another guest or using a rental car. Please do not use Disney's bus service for this, as they make many other stops that could make you late to the Celebration.

Where do guests park at Disney's Boardwalk Resort for the Celebration?

Answer

In guest parking. Once you arrive at the Boardwalk, go through security gate. Let the security host know that you are there for a wedding, and they will direct you to where to park.

Where is the best drop-off point for Uber/Lyft when arriving at the Boardwalk Resort?

Answer

Uber/Lyft should drop you off at the Porte Cochere, which is right by the main lobby.

Where do I go once I arrive at the Boardwalk for the Celebration?

Answer

For The Attic, everyone will meet in the main lobby of the Boardwalk, and an event guide will walk everyone up. If you miss the event guide, the Attic is on the 3rd floor of the Boardwalk Villas. Ask a Cast Member in the lobby, and they can direct you to the correct elevators. Once on the 3rd floor, there are signs for the Attic.

Will there be food at the Celebration?

Answer

Yes. While it's a light bites and refreshments style event, the entrees are bottomless and set up buffet-style. Grab as much as you'd like until the food service stops at 12:00 pm.
