Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests that choose to drive, there is a parking lot at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to venue?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle for guests to and from the listed hotels on the “Travel” page. Ride services such as Uber or Lyft are not common in the area. The shuttle will arrive at the hotels as noted below, departing 10 minutes after arrival. Towne Place Suites: 3:15 PM Fairfield: 3:30 PM Home2Suites: 3:50 PM

Question

Does the hotel’s wedding block rate apply if I am only staying Saturday night?

Answer

Yes! You do not have to book two nights to get the rate, and you can change the number of nights when reserving online.
