Borrego Springs, CA is a hidden gem surrounded by Anza-Borrego State Park. No promises, but we're hoping we'll be there for the superbloom and find the desert covered in flowers. So bring your allergy meds! I'm talking to myself. There are no fast food chains, but there are plenty of fun local eateries (Carlee's, Red Ocotillo, Kendall's Cafe + more) and grocery stores.
